Shipping Policy
1. What are the shipping costs?
Soléa Studio covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping fees.*
All taxes and duties are included in your purchase — there are no hidden fees or unexpected extra costs.
Return shipping costs for an item, however, are your responsibility.
2. Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we ship all items using a Track & Trace service. You can track your order via the order status page; a link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that there may sometimes be a slight delay before tracking information becomes available.
3. What are the delivery times?
Soléa Studio aims to ensure fast delivery. The average order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. After processing, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
4. What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will either be left with a neighbor or sent to a nearby pick-up point. You will have 7 days to collect your package. You will be informed of this process.
5. Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship quickly, but there is a small window for making corrections.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you entered an incorrect address.
6. Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
