If you received incorrect items or if the items are defective, please send an email to contact@soleastudio.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Once the item has been returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Requesting a return

Send an email to contact@soleastudio.com to let us know you would like to return an item, stating the reason for the return.

After approval, make sure your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.

Clearly mark “Return” on the outer packaging of your parcel.

Use a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to contact@soleastudio.com.

Return conditions and guidelines:

• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.

• We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

• Make sure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.

• All return parcels must be sent using a trackable and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

• Make sure the return request has been approved — without approval, your return may not be processed.

Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items to the address you’ll receive from us via email. Be sure to ship the package with a tracking number and email it to us.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we’ve received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 30 days.
